Objective
In June 2022, Encore Canada partnered with The Art Of to produce The Art of Leadership Women conference at the Vancouver Convention Center for 1,300 attendees.
This one-day conference was the first event of a 3 city tour across Canada, featuring prominent Canadian women such as Clara Hughes, Jody Wilson-Raybould, and Arlene Dickinson.

Solution
- Main session room with 2 x 21 ft wide screens and a smaller 16 ft wide center screen
- Wireless mics with line array speaker system for main stage presenters
- Stage included plexiglass lectern for clean, sleek look
- Backdrop lighting to help enhance the drape
